I found this deal on Craigslist. It was being offered through a wholesaler that wanted to flip the property. The house is located in Commerce, Texas. The wholesaler is in Gardena, California and I am in Ningbo, China. The entire deal from both sides had to be done virtually.

Built in 1960 this frame house needed a lot of work. The building sat empty for several years.
